Ordering & delivery
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and go to checkout. Pick your area, choose a delivery option, pay by bank transfer or scan our QR code, and upload a screenshot of the payment. We confirm your order once the payment is checked.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across Pakistan. Pick your city at checkout to see the delivery options and fee.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery is Rs. 300. Gulshan-e-Hadeed and Bahria Town are Rs. 450. In Karachi you can also choose instant delivery (Bykea, InDrive or Yango) and pay the rider directly. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is confirmed, 12 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. We don't deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
If you choose instant delivery at checkout, a rider picks up your order and brings it in 2 to 3 hours.
How will I know where my order is?
We send a confirmation by email and WhatsApp, then WhatsApp updates when your order is out for delivery and delivered.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, or scanning our payment QR code with your banking or JazzCash app. Both are shown at checkout. After paying, upload a screenshot of the payment at checkout.
Is cash on delivery available?
Not at the moment. We take bank transfer only.
Are there hidden charges?
No. Product prices are final and the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Products & freshness
How fresh are your products?
Everything is baked fresh in our Karachi factory, in small batches, and sent out soon after baking.
How long do products stay fresh?
Up to 20 days for cakes and 90 days for cookies and cake rusk, when stored as shown on the pack. Each product page shows its shelf life.
Do you use preservatives?
We use minimal preservatives. Because we bake close to when you order, we need far fewer than most packaged snacks.
Are your products halal?
Yes, all D'light products are prepared following halal practices with halal-certified ingredients.
Do your products contain eggs?
Most cakes, cookies and cake rusk contain eggs. If you need egg-free options, contact us and we'll guide you.
Returns & complaints
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or refund you. Refunds are made to your bank account within 5 business days of approval. See our Shipping & Returns policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 3 hours of placing it. Message us on WhatsApp or email info@dlightfoods.com.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
